Where your stats live
The moment a game is final, open it from the Games list to see its full summary — score, stat tables, and (on Premium) Insights and heatmaps. To see stats across many games — a whole season or tournament — use the Analytics tab on your team. Cross-game and season analytics are a Premium feature; a single game’s stats are always free.
The box score (free)
Every finished game gives you the full box score, split into tabs:
- Summary — goals, assists, D’s, throwaways, drops, and plus/minus per player. Plus/minus is the standard ultimate formula: (goals + assists + blocks) − (throwaways + drops + stalls).
- Passing — completions, throwaways, stalls, total throws, and passing %.
- Receiving — goals, catches, drops, targets, and catching %.
- Defense — blocks (with block-type breakdown), forced turns, callahans, and total defensive plays.
- Playing Time — games, points, and the offense/defense split.
- Per Point — the same core actions expressed per point played.
Two more tabs unlock on Premium: Throw Types (completion rates by throw type) and Pulls (hang time, distance, out-of-bounds rate).
You don’t have to memorize any of this. Every tab has a built-in guide: tap + What each stat means under the tab, then the + next to any stat for what it is, how it’s calculated and what it means. The same explainers sit on the Insights and on the team cards, so the definition of any number is one tap away.
You also get team conversion on every game: your hold rate (scoring on offense) and break rate (scoring after a defensive stop). All of the above is free, and any table exports to CSV.
Insights (Premium)
Insights are plain-language takeaways generated automatically when a game ends — no setup, no spreadsheet. They sit at the top of the game summary and come in two kinds:
- Your team vs your season — how this game compares to your other games: “Hold rate improved 11% compared to your season average,” “Lowest turnover game this season,” “Best red-zone conversion in 8 tournaments.”
- A player vs the team average — who stood out this game: “Sarah’s passing % is 8% above team average,” “John’s +/− is 6 above team average.”
Each takeaway shows a small gauge — a bar for this game with a tick marking your average — so you can see the gap, not just read it. Green means the change helped you; amber flags something to watch.
Not sure what an insight is measuring? Tap the ? on any insight for a plain explanation of that metric and how it’s worked out.
Insights compare a game to the rest of your season, so they start appearing once you’ve logged 3 completed games. A brand-new season won’t have enough history yet — keep logging and they’ll fill in. The season Insights tab tells you how many games you have so far.
Going deeper (Premium)
Premium also unlocks the advanced and spatial layers on top of the box score:
- Expected completion (xCom) — completions above what a typical thrower lands on the same throws, scored by distance across every throw you take. It tells you who beats the odds, not just who plays it safe. A throwaway counts as a miss even if you did not mark where it landed, so turning the disc over always shows up. On the Analytics → Players tab.
- Air yards — forward yards thrown and received, per player.
- Throw-type analysis — completion rates by throw type, grouped by distance and direction (dump, swing, short, mid, huck), with a per-player throw radar on each player’s profile — and pull analytics (hang time, air yards, out-of-bounds rate). A throwaway only lands in a throw type once you tap where it went; ones with no landing are counted in a short note under the table instead.
- Red zone offense (how often you score per red-zone trip) and team charts (scoring trend, +/− by player, throw-type mix).
- Spatial heatmaps — where throws start, complete, and break down — and season/tournament analytics across every game.
