Premium features and billing

What unlocks at $49 / year per team, how to upgrade, how to cancel, and what stays.

What you get on Free

The full box score for every game — everything you’d expect from a stats app, free:

  • Unlimited team creation, rosters, tournaments, games
  • Full live stat logging — the two-tap flow, all stat types, offline-safe
  • The core per-game tables: Summary, Passing (completions, throwaways, passing %), Receiving (catches, drops, catching %), Defense (D’s, blocks, callahans), Playing Time, Per Point
  • Team conversion — holds, breaks, D-line conversion
  • CSV export and public spectator share links (one per game)

What Premium adds

The advanced and spatial analytics that go beyond the box score:

  • Post-game Insights — automatic plain-language takeaways the moment a game ends: how this game compares to your season average and bests (“Hold rate improved 11% compared to your season average,” “Lowest turnover game this season”), and which players beat the team average (“Sarah’s passing % is 8% above team average”)
  • Air yards — forward yards thrown and received, per player (passing & receiving tabs)
  • Spatial heatmaps — throw origins, completions, catches, turnovers, and throw→catch connection lines, with pass-type filtering (dump / swing / short / mid / huck)
  • Throw-type analysis and pull analytics (hang time, air yards, OB rate)
  • Red-zone efficiency and charts — scoring trend, +/- by player, throw-type mix
  • Season & tournament analytics — your whole team across every game, not just one

How upgrade works

Premium is sold per team at $49/year, not per user. Open Billing from the team nav, click Upgrade, and Stripe’s hosted checkout opens in a new tab. Pay there; the team flips to Premium within seconds of the webhook landing.

How cancel works

From Billing, click Manage subscription. Stripe’s customer portal handles the rest — change payment method, view invoices, cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, so you keep Premium until that date.

What happens if a card fails

Stripe runs its smart-retry sequence (usually about three weeks). During that window Premium stays on — we don’t yank features for a transient failure. A banner shows up on Billing prompting you to update payment. If retries finally fail, the team flips to Free; your historical data stays accessible, you just lose access to the Premium- only surfaces.
